I am in shock. Michelle, you were a wonderful person. Cancer seems to touch every family in some way, and now our CF family has to endure such a tough loss. I can't imagine how your immediate family must be feeling. My thoughts and prayers are with them. You are already missed, MM. May you RIP.

Michelle has left us and I feel cheated. I expected her to be a part of my life for a long time. We were going to be friends till we were old and gray, swapping stories about all the things that we experienced together. I dont have that to look forward to. I understand how selfish that may seem but we all have a part of ourselves that MM has touched and our lives are going to be a bit emptier because she will not be in it. She was a person that had a way about her that was real 100 percent all the time. She had a grounded and positive way of expressing herself to us that all of us respected and that I admired.

She came into our lives and has made us better people just by being a part of our community. I will always treasure the time that we have spent together. I will miss her and think of her every time i crack the throttle

I do want to say though that out of this, I'm very thankful for the community that we have here. I want to thank Zach (fslflint) and Jesse (Fate) for making the trip down to Augusta to be with Andy in this difficult time. When my phone rang this morning and I saw it was Zach calling, I knew what he was going to say and I had a hard time picking up the phone, but I sincerely thank you for calling.

We're all going to have a hard time with this one for sure but if we stick together to support each other and most importantly Andy, we'll make it. We just have another angel riding with us now. :(

I usually don't post in these kind of threads but I feel I most post in this one.

I meet Michele at FF2010. A few of us went to McD's for breakfast on Saturday morning. Later, that day she sat on my SSSA Bandit and I remember her feet dangling about 4" off the ground due to the high seat height. We chit-chatted off and on during the meet.

It is sad that I will not be able to meet her again. It is a very sad day indeed.

Later, Doug

I did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person. But she was a wonderful social person on the forum. Always had a fun positive attitude.

Such a tragedy. Much love

RIP
