Sex got a former teacher in trouble with the law again — this time for having sex with fellow probationers.

The Parker District Attorney’s Office filed a request last week to revoke community supervision for a former Parker County teacher convicted of having a sexual relationship with her students after she reportedly engaged in sexual activity with probationers while serving community service hours.

According to court documents, Julianna Christine Sauls, 40, of Arlington, was kicked out of the required community service sex offender counseling program earlier this month when she admitted to having sex five times with four men at the Fort Worth Police Department horse stables while fulfilling the required 200 hours of community service time.

Sauls, a former Azle Christian School teacher, pleaded guilty in June 2009 to two charges of engaging in an improper relationship between an educator and student, second degree felonies.

Rather than being ordered to serve the 10 year sentence, Sauls received shock probation from Judge Don Chrestman to follow 180 days in prison, according to court documents.

According to an earlier Democrat story, Sauls was accused of having oral sex and “deviant sexual intercourse” with a 17-year-old student and an 18-year-old student in October 2008 both on and off school grounds.

Her arrest warrant affidavit stated she would fondle one student under his gym shorts on a daily basis.

The school reported the incidents to law enforcement and terminated her on other grounds relating to her “not performing her teacher and classroom duties,” according to the Democrat story.

Part of the original plea deal included permanent relinquishment of her teaching certification, according to court records.

The Democrat was unable to reach Sauls for comment Tuesday evening.
