TRENDnet TV-IP300 Internet Camera Server

Whether you want to see who is at the front door or who is really putting those late hours in at the office TRENDnet's TV-IP300 Internet Camera Server might just be for you. They call it their Advanced Day/Night Internet Camera Server, but you can call it ideal for remote monitoring and live streaming of video over your own local area network or the internet. That's right, just use your web browser to log into this cameras built-in web server and you can see what's going on at home from anywhere in the world. Fill in your own 'Desperate Housewives' story here.

The TV-IP300 is a video camera with built in microphone that uses either an Ethernet or Fast Ethernet connection to link to your network and transmit live MPEG 4 quality video, at up to 30 frames per second, with audio through your local intranet. Connected to the internet this nifty little blue camera, with its own CPU, allows for remote monitoring from anywhere. Twelve built in infrared LED's give this camera Nightvision, so your ability to monitor local or distant locations does not stop when the sun goes down. TRENDnet has also enabled the camera to be triggered by its motion sensing technology to send you an email with an attached snapshot letting you know that someone is visiting.

Looks and sounds interesting enough to take one home, does it not? When you arrive home you will find everything you need to set up the IP300 right in the box. Mounting bracket and stand to install the camera in a vast array of different positions sit just to the side of the AC adapter and on top of the provided Ethernet cable. The included easy to use IPViewSP software can monitor four different cameras at once turning your computer into a high-tech security station. The TRENDnet product line also includes the TV-IP300W wireless version of the Internet Camera Server so you can place a camera a little further away than the included Ethernet cable will stretch. Capturing still images and video takes only a few clicks and the included IPViewer can play them back with ease so you can show proof of who stole that cookie from the cookie jar.

Functioning as a remote surveillance camera the TV-IP300 allows you to view live events as they take place wherever you place the camera. In public or private settings this camera could be your solution to keeping an extra all-seeing eye on your home or business. With its ability to function over internal networks or over the world wide web, the TRENDnet TV-IP300 Internet Camera Server can be a solid asset to provide you with a sense of security wherever you may be.
