Query Iain Anything Caron Can Do appears to be the third highest Scottish Lib Dem blog on this list but fails to appear in the Scottish Top 40 yesterday.

Stephen, just looked into this. You are quite right. For some inexplicable reason, Peter Cranie (and English green blog) is listed as number 26, when it should be Anything Caron Can do. I will correct it now. Unfortunately I cannot correct it in the book as it has now gone to print. I have tried to look up Iain's email address so I can apologise to him properly. If you have it, you might email it to me privately.

Thanks for alerting me to this. I suppose a couple of errors are inevitable, but I am truly sorry this has happened.

Aye Ideas of Civilisation found it odd that you'd included a green English MEP on the Scottish list. I just found it odd that a Orange coloured blog showed up in Scotland that I knew nothing about and put it down being a Libertarian that had been unearthed or something.

I've forworded that request to your facebook account.

Dear God Almighty. How many votes did it take to come, say, 23rd? Who are these strange voters?

Rather surprised also that Gavin's GG and Sound of Gunfire didn't come higher - both deserve to, IMO.

More proof that democracy doesn't work...

These blogs were voted for by the readers of more than 60 UK political blogs

Impressive number. Any chance that you could let us know which 60 UK political blogs your votes came from? Just so we can make a guess at their biases.

I see Tim Ireland's little helpers are coming out to play.

Have you ever heard of the word Google? Try it, it might help.

Sorry Iain but I don't understand your Google comment, do you mean I need to use Google to find out the 60+ blogs because you won't tell me?

Cheers.

Actually, Iain, I read Tim's post just after I made my previous comment.

I'm not sure how you think that Google will help us find information that you haven't published yet.

Or are you saying that 60 blogs mentioned your poll and therefore assuming that they all encouraged readers to vote?

If there is one thing I have learned in my dealings with Ireland, it is that when you answer one of his questions, he then asks more and you can never satisfy him. So now I just don't play his game. It's quite clear to me he is looking to pick another fight with me. I'm just not interested.

He knows he is banned from this blog yet continues to leave comments knowing i will delete them. He then sends me emails he knows I won't reply to. His next course of action is to put a post on his blog implying I am bealzebub reincarnated. Good for him. But I ain't playing.

If you want to see which blogs have encouraged their readers to send in votes, then go to the Total Politics blog directory and do a search within each blog. Or do as I said before, do a Google search. Shouldn't take you too long.

Amd if it's too much hassle for you to do that, why don't you do something more important with your time. Like breathe.

Now I understand. The fear of questions. Fair enough.

I'm rooting around the Total Politics blog directory as I type, who designed it? It looks like death.

I still think you need an electoral roll, otherwise it's all a bit vague and self-congratulatory, like those blogs that put trophies in their sidebar that their friend gave them for being THE MOST AWESOME BLOGGER EVER!!!!

Thanks for the sarcasm concerning breathing, it is noted.

Up 9 places from last year for me. Very pleased. Well done for collating the responses from more than 1100 people. It must be a big job.

I honestly can't remember, but I think it was around 400. I will see if I still have the spreadsheet somewhere.

Iain are you going to be making some buttons or banners like LibDemVoice have so we can add me to our blogs?

If so when will they be available.
