ISA tools Configuration Files

These pre-defined configurations files, created using the ISAcreator configurator tool, are uploaded in the ISAcreator to customizes the fields displayed by this editor tool. The configurations provided here are designed to meet the requirements of one or more minimum information checklist(s), specifying the required fields, and/or enabling values to be drawn from a set of ontology terms.
The 'ISA-default-configuration' is designed to fit several types of assays (where one or more different measurements and technologies are used). Contact us if you need a new configuration that fit your specific needs, e.g. a different fields, or checklist, or set of ontologies/controlled vocabularies.
