Loose Side Mirrors on W210?
I've got an issue with both my drivers and passenger side mirrors being loose.. when I accelerate my mirrors push with the wind and Im tired of it, is there a fix to getting these mirrors to be more solid.. I feel like they are hanging on by a thread... I guess maybe the spring came loose? how can these be fixed the right way.

Correct
The metal part that holds the spring breaks. Either replace the frames....or r&r the mirror assemblies, remove the covers and drill a hole (or use a self-tapping screw) further down on the frame and install about a ~1.5" sheet metal screw which will then be used to hang the spring on again.
