John McCain rudely brushed aside a female reporter from Wall Street Journal and ignored her questions. He came back to her in the end.
McCain claims media is ignoring him but look what the media has to face: McCain was answering questions during his campaign trip in Columbus, Ohio, when Elizabeth Holmes, a reporter from Wall Street Journal, stated her name and affiliation.
Before Holmes could ask the question, McCain quickly dismissed her and asked other reporters, "Who else has a question?" He pointed at a CNN journalist and gave him permission to ask the question instead.
Holmes took it lightly by smiling in the end for getting rejected. You can also see Sen. Lindsay Graham's face saying "wow" in disbelief after McCain dismisses Holmes.
Another reporter who was a witness to this told
Huffington Post: "He was definitively dissing her."
Huffington Post points out McCain is angry at Holmes for writing the article "News Coverage Of Obama Irks McCain Team" in WSJ.
If he has problems with her, he could have explained why she is wrong instead of dismissing her like this. I hope his anger problems are not resurfacing again. During the 2000 campaign, even
Bush's aides pointed out his anger issues and asked whether he was a suitable occupant for the White House, according to the Washington Post.
