John McCain rudely brushed aside a female reporter from Wall Street Journal and ignored her questions. He came back to her in the end.
McCain claims media is ignoring him but look what the media has to face: McCain was answering questions during his campaign trip in Columbus, Ohio, when Elizabeth Holmes, a reporter from Wall Street Journal, stated her name and affiliation.

Before Holmes could ask the question, McCain quickly dismissed her and asked other reporters, "Who else has a question?" He pointed at a CNN journalist and gave him permission to ask the question instead.

Holmes took it lightly by smiling in the end for getting rejected. You can also see Sen. Lindsay Graham's face saying "wow" in disbelief after McCain dismisses Holmes.

Another reporter who was a witness to this told Huffington Post: "He was definitively dissing her."

Huffington Post points out McCain is angry at Holmes for writing the article "News Coverage Of Obama Irks McCain Team" in WSJ.

If he has problems with her, he could have explained why she is wrong instead of dismissing her like this. I hope his anger problems are not resurfacing again. During the 2000 campaign, even Bush's aides pointed out his anger issues and asked whether he was a suitable occupant for the White House, according to the Washington Post.

Not a very smart move on any politician's part especially with the camera's rolling.

For any politician they need to know that reporters will write things they don't like but they still need to remain polite.

Why is it relevant that the reporter was female?

Im with you, manners cost nothing, even if you are a white house hopeful.

Because of this reason, the media tries to please the politician and ask silly questions. Also from the media questions, you can clearly see which side they are on, it is all tainted.

Why is it relevant that the reporter was female? Because McCain is clearly a misogynist. How else can you explain his calling his wife a cunt in public?

It is about time someone put these people in their place. I'm sorry he went back to her. The candidates should have some b#lls and if these drive-bys diss them in their papers, they, the candidates, should show their contempt. The public agrees that the media whores are scum, trying to force a candidate on us that has to struggle to say something positive about America without adding, "BUT". McCain should define himself and only answer the reporters that are fair. Not that agree with him, but basic fairness. Screw the others. We the public know whats happening, and will support the candidate that fights back against our hate America media.
