Crash on Startup

Description

 
I've tried using both 1.0.1 and 1.0.2 of TFS Sticky Buddy, unfortunately it does not start - "The program has stopped responding". I'm running Windows Vista Enterprise x64. I can't figure out what's going wrong either, as there doesn't seem to be any logging being done.

I got this in the debugger.


Cannot create instance of 'MainWindow' defined in assembly 'RDdotNet.TFSStickyBuddy, Version=1.0.3033.16290, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Error in markup file 'RDdotNet.TFSStickyBuddy;component/MainWindow.xaml' Line 2 Position 3.
