  • irfanmp, on 07/24/2008, -3/+50A little note to avoid confusion: You basically have 10 cursor "lives" and as soon as each life is over, the second cursor life starts at the beginning of the first floor. But your exact movements/clicks of the first life have been recorded and play in overlap with the second cursor life. As soon as the second life is over, the third life starts with the first two recorded and they play in overlap. This continues for a total of ten cursor "lives". Theres some floors where you need multiple clicks, so you have to time it and really plan your ascent to the top floor.

Have you thought there are some diggers who don't fit the stereotype and HAVE lives or actually do work at work and not constantly checking digg? Or some people who don't memorize every single ***** post that comes along here. Again thanks for the post for something that is NEW to me.

        And I wasn't referring to not having a job, more around people who have a job, but spend a bit to much time reading digg articles. My statement was that since a lot of the comments come during normal business hours, and to know what article was posted when, shows that maybe some people spend more time digging then one probably should. In my opinion of course.

        and no.. having a good memory does not equal having a no job or no life, but knowing that an article was dugg 3 weeks ago certainly won't help get you laid.. (There are plenty of people out there that have ***** memories and still work well and have a good social life)

        I apologize, I inferred from this rather derogatory statement that you look down upon people who happen to remember the things they read on digg. Are you not implying this in the above sentence? And besides, it's not hard to remember playing a game such as this.

        I agree with you that people shouldn't be on digg at work - thanks for clarifying that that's what you meant.

        I don't care either way - dupes or no dupes... I've been in your position several times when there's 20 people screaming dupe and it's the first time I've ever seen the post. I just find it hilarious how worked up people get about it.

    I had a video game development class where we used XNA. I found this game on digg and was influenced by it. We created a 3D game for the Xbox where you program robots to self-cooperate with each other. We had a lot of great ideas, but unfortunately our game sucked. It's really hard working with artist and programmers to make a game in 3 months.

      Imagine portal with several lives... the levels could get insanely complex. I like your idea of it in FPS too.
