I am selling one of my shops:
Twin Peaks Shopping Mall
Floor 2
Shop 05 L
150 items inside
10 items outside
(this means: enough space for a shopkeeper and 4 more items!)
S-Shops don't have enough space, to place a shopkeeper outside!

This shop is one of the few, that was running 24/7 since the
mall opened. This means you get a lot regular visitors with it.

I sell it of course without the items, just the shop.

Auction start: as soon as SB is hit.

Auction end: Auction start + 7 days, 22:00 MA time.
Last bid extends end time +10 minutes.

A small shop just sold (Twin Mall Shop 03 (lvl3)).
Start: 37k
Current bid: none, rejected bids: 30k via PM, 35k via PM
Buyout: 43k

Even the buyout sounds like a good deal. Sammy sold his shop at Twin for 65k I think. *free bumperage, wish I would have the PED myself for take it*

sammy shop was one with 2 keeper outside , no ?

But i think like you , a L shop in twin at 43k is good deal.Maybe not good deal for evryone , but for the one that know how to use a shop , its for sure a good deal...
Shop might pay as much as land if you work a bit on it , but the invest in money is way lower...

I did not own a LA (yet

), so I can't compare the income with it. But I was definately surprised how well the malls work. I will keep my other shop for sure, as it's the easiest way to play without depositing
