Their efforts are documented on the new series "Jacked: Auto Theft Task Force."

Del Duca and his team use top-notch tools like LoJack sensors and a helicopter equipped with a heat-sensing camera to catch robbers.

With tools like that, nobody is stupid enough to break into Del Duca's ride.

"I wouldn't recommend it," Del Duca said. "We would catch them. Everyone around here has respect for the unit, though, so I don't worry."

To date, The Wolf Pack has recovered 6,000 stolen cars and Del Duca says it's dedication that makes them so good at sniffing out thieves.

"We're constantly training and practicing our techniques," he said. "We really operate like a wolf pack, keeping our frame of mind as a group the whole time."

"Jacked" premieres this Thursday. Aug. 21, on A&E.
