I have 3/4 inch Nyloboard to use for the replacement floor. It's pretty heavy and it flexes, so I'll need some help maneuvering it around into place. It's not good to try to put it in for a dry fit, take it out, trim, put it back in, etc. I took the advice of Pizzachop on the Airstream Forums and bought a piece of thin lauan plywood. It is light and it flexes, too.

We have had so much rain since the weekend. Today was beautiful. So, as soon as I could, I finished grinding out the elevator bolts and slid the lauan in for a fitting.
