Are you up for a rowing challenge?
Around the Academy:

Are you up to Debbie Flood's rowing challenge?

Hi, I'm Debbie Flood, silver medallist with Great Britain's quadruple sculls team at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.

And I've got a little challenge the next time you're on a rowing machine in the gym.

All you have to do is see how far you can row in one minute.

Watch my challenge

I managed 331 metres in 60 seconds.

You'll be doing great if you come close to that mark.

Good luck!
