Dear Parents,

We are excited for the Bingo Night and requesting for volunteers to help make this event a huge success. Volunteering in the school events encourages FEEF to plan more events in the future. Please join us to give our kids wonderful memories of their school days.

We need around 15 volunteers for this event.

Arranging chairs for the event (4:30pm) - 3 volunteers
Technical Support(for playing the bingo number on the screen)(5pm to 6pm) - 1 volunteer
Technical Support(for playing the bingo number on the screen)(6pm to 7pm) - 1 volunteer
Organizing and distributing the prizes to winners - 2 volunteers
Sign up(giving bingo to participants)(5pm -6pm) - 2 volunteers
Sign up(giving bingo to participants)(6pm -7pm) - 2 volunteers
After event clean up(approx after 7pm) - 4 volunteers
