The A483, Llandybie, is blocked in both directions due to level crossing failure near the Industrial estate turn off. Traffic is coping well.

One lane is closed due to recovery work and crash on the M4 eastbound from J33 A4232 (Cardiff West And Services) to J32 A470 Northern Avenue (Coryton Interchange). Congestion to J34 (Miskin).

The Met Office website states: "A chilly but bright start Tuesday morning, with sunny spells persisting into the afternoon. A few showers are possible, however these will fade as skies turning hazy into the late afternoon, as winds strengthen and become gusty. Maximum temperature 16°C."

There is heavy traffic on the M4 into the Brynglas Tunnels eastbound before J26 A4051 (Malpas Road).

The A4048 Chartist Bridge in Blackwood has reopened following a police incident.
