Thank you for your interest in forest bathing. Forest bathing involves a slow trail walk with sensory explorations that combine rest and wandering, interspersed with facilitated group gatherings and solo time. The emphasis is on unplugging and awakening the senses through mindfulness in nature. Join certified forest therapy guide, Maureen Stine and the Antrim Conservation District for this break to relax and unwind. It's been a long winter, let's get outside!

We begin at the Fairground Trailhead of the Cedar River Natural Area across from Craven Park in Bellaire.
Parking is available along the driveway of the Fairground Trailhead or at the Antrim Conservation District Office on Stover Road (short walk to trailhead).
