Too far from Rome. (the location was pretty but loads of bugs) Shop had no food. Bar had no food other than cheese and ham. (you had to reserve the restaurant even if it was empty) Too quiet. NO AIR CON in the property. Not much English spoken. Had to get shuttle bus into nearest town to buy food. Definitely need transport if you want to stay here. The whole place and staff seemed a little 'cannot be bothered' Book a hotel instead!

The host was incredibly kind and very nice, she made sure we were comfortable all the time. We booked it las minute because our original hotel was overbooked and the host did not have a problem to welcome us at night.
