On 3/8/2008, the cache was moved to a new location. If you found it at the previous location, and you also find it at the new location, you are allowed two found logs.
Park at the welcome center (N30°22.938' W97°53.049') south of the cache site, then walk over to the cache. Please don't park in the lift station's asphalt service driveway, they've posted it No Parking. Do not park on the street; this would be very dangerous, as traffic in the area often reaches speeds of 60mph or more (well in excess of posted speed limit). No one ever parks on the street near the cache site so you might get rear-ended.
