Sighted walkers of guide puppies get free bus passes

Sighted walkers of guide puppies can travel for free to allow the dogs to get used to bus travel in Aberdeen, it has been announced.
First in Aberdeen has launched the scheme while dogs are trained on behalf of Guide Dogs for the Blind.
It is also expected to save the charity significant sums of money.
First said the company wanted to play a part in helping ensure that guide dogs can be trained effectively.
Bob Dorr, Managing Director of First in Aberdeen, said: "We are pleased we are able to save the charity money at the same time."
