We all know a bad advertisement when we see one 👀...but what makes a good ad? Ryan Reynolds, co-founder of Maximum Effort, says the key is to "drop the artifice...consumers know when they are being marketed to." "That becomes a much more shareable piece of content," he says. A big lesson Reynolds said he learned marketing Deadpool was that audiences love to have authorship over the success of something. When do you plan to retire? Less than half of Americans plan to work full-time past age 62, according to new research from the Center for Microeconomic Data (https://lnkd.in/ePVgygh2). The 9.5% decrease since the pandemic is observed across various demographic groups, with women experiencing a more pronounced drop off than men. The drivers for this post-pandemic shift in retirement expectations span from a preference for part-time jobs to rethinking the value of work to the “Financial Independence Retire Early” (FIRE) movement.
