Fans heading to OXEGEN over the weekend can look forward to speedier service and more choice than ever from the range of bars on site.

This year, the Heineken bars at OXEGEN will all use multiple dispense units which pour much faster so queuing times are reduced. The multiple dispense units can pump an incredible 36,000 pints an hour and at a lower temperature than ever (under 1.5°C) meaning your pint is perfectly chilled.

Prices have come down too, with a pint costing 5 + a 20c cup deposit. we're encouraging fans to cash it, not trash it! Do your bit to help us recycle by taking the cup back to one of the Cup Return Points in the Main Arena  you'll then be refunded your 20c.

Following feedback from fans last year about the problem of spilling drinks, we've introduced a new cup so that all pints can be poured to a line rather than to the rim. As well as Heineken, fans will have a choice of wine (red, white or rosé) and soft drinks.

there's also a new cocktail bar in the main arena – Propaganda will be serving the best in indie and alternative music and some seriously delicious cocktails throughout the weekend.

Each Saturday night, Dublin's The Academy hosts Propaganda – the UK and Ireland's biggest indie night; every week over 10,000 people attend.

Enjoy the full Audio/Visual Propaganda experience at OXEGEN. The bar will serve a wide range of popular cocktails including OXEGEN themed cocktails such as Oxe-gin (7) and classics like Mojito (8)! You'll also hear the best new and classic Indie Anthems. Make sure you catch DJ sets from resident and Propaganda creator DJ Dan and Pat the Postman, Danger Russ and Tom Rackhan across the weekend.

Please note, you need to be over 18 to purchase alcohol and ID will be required. Only 2 drinks per person max at any one time.
