Geoff Acton has been a resident of West London for thirty years, moving to Twickenham in 1998 and becoming a Councillor in May 2006. He is currently Assistant Cabinet Member for Recycling and Waste Management and is a member of the Education and Children's Services Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Personal
Geoff has a professional background in marketing communications and is a Chartered Marketer of the Institute of Marketing. He has been Chairman of Cole Park Residents' Association for the past six years and has strong links with other community and environmental groups in the area, including HACAN, FORCE and the RFU.
Geoff is an active amateur musician, tennis player, and country walker as well as gym enthusiast. As such, he is keen to promote music & arts and to improve the sports facilities in the Borough.
