Dutch great Ronald Koeman is the latest to be linked with Aston Villa job following Martin O'Neill's resignation
Dutch of class: Ronald Koeman
Dutch legend Ronald Koeman has emerged as one of the candidates to replace Martin O'Neill as manager of Aston Villa.
Reports in Holland have revealed that Koeman, who parted company with AZ Alkmaar last December, could be heading for Villa Park.
Koeman impressed during past spells at Benfica and PSV, where he won the Dutch title.
A host of big names have been linked with the Villa job, including Sven Goran Eriksson and Bob Bradley.
The US Soccer Federation have been forced to deny reports that USA coach Bradley has quit his current post.
Bradley is out of contract at the end of the year and is keen to test himself in European club management.
But a USA team spokesman said: 'The reports that Bob Bradley has resigned are not true. US Soccer officials plan to continue discussions with Bob in the near future.'
O'Neill shocked football when he quit as Villa manager on Monday.
It has since emerged that he had become frustrated with the lack of money available, and the selling of some of his top stars.
