EDIT: According to Kagome440 and ANN the kid is dead. Also I saw Nazi Phucker's post in this other thread and apparently this kid was ganged by five other boys. Does that make him a retarded Naruto fan now? rolleyes Are you guys still gonna call him a dumbass who doesn't deserve to live?

This is maybe the sixth or seventh thread about it. I'm sure you all heard about the ten year old boy who is dead now because him and his friends were trying to imitate Gaara. Now obviously the boy didn't know what he was doing. His friend probably thought it was fun to play Sand Burial or whatever but what they didn't expect was for him to suffocate from the sand. There are other incident where kids don't know that they were going too far with their games and someone ends up dead. The same thing happened here. And that doesn't mean this kid is retarded or dumb. He just didn't know any better.

A ten year old boy died.

But what the [********] do you guys do? Laugh and make fun. You are truly the most ******** up people I've ever met. If I ever meet you guys in real life I'd make sure to punch the living s**t out of you. stressed

I nearly cried when I watched the news.

I couldn't beleive it.

I don't get how people can laugh and or mock a ten-year-old boy who just died? Can they even imagine how his parents feel? Losing someone is such a horrible pain, I don't get why I didn't see more sympathy...

Wrong, the sandbox incident was the one where he didn't die, the incident in Indonesia did result in death.

Hey, he was 10 years old.
I don't think it's funny. But at ten you should be smart enough to know that burying yourself in dirt is a bad idea. Especially since some of the characters in Naruto died from the same thing (which cuts out the whole not being able to tell truth from fiction thing). And even if you don't, where were his PARENTS?
I admit it's tragic, and horrible, and I certainly think the people who're treating this like a joke do deserve to be punched. But the kid did do something stupid, and sometimes the only way to deal with something this horrid is to laugh about it. Because if you take too much too seriously, you'll crack, eventually.

People that generalise others and blame them for something that they did not sickens me. Obviously not everybody laughed at it (I didn't find it humorous) and i'm starting to question if this is even true.
Last I heard he wasn't dead and I have yet to see it on the actual news (even on new websites, I only seen the article on a anime website).

Beating people up just for laughing solves nothing (though if I get threathed or hit I would fight back, I don't let people hit me for no reason).
