Collaboration in NEPA: A Handbook for NEPA Practitioners


The Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) has released a handbook that addresses collaboration in analyses prepared under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).  The handbook explores the issue of collaboration, outlines general principles, presents useful steps, and provides information on methods of collaboration.
