Illegal Immigration:

- McCain favors business lobbyists’ desires for foreign workers vs. protecting American workers’ wages and jobs.

- McCain’s hopes of giving millions amnesty will saddle American taxpayers with huge costs of $20,000 per illegal per year. ( We pay over $340 Billion per year to their full support right now. )

- McCain has taken the pro-amnesty position in nearly two dozen votes

- McCain only promises to make 2 million of the 12-20 million illegal aliens go home

John McCain is the ranking Republican on the Senate Armed Services Committee, so our friend works directly with McCain’s staff on a regular basis. I can’t really share any details, but his experience has been that McCain staffers are habitually heavy handed and abusive, using threats and intimidations to get what they want with complete and utter disregard and disrespect for people to the extent that it would make it very difficult to feel good about a McCain presidency. Maybe that’s how people get things done on Capital Hill, but that’s not the kind of leadership that I want to support.

Willard Mitt Romney

Willard has shown all the integrity of a circus clown. He has repeatedly switched positions on every fundamental issue you care to name at least once which vividly demonstrates he is an appeaser, not a president or even a governor for that matter. While he now evokes Reagan's name at every opportunity he shunned even the questions about the man while running to the Left of Kennedy for his senate seat.

Romney Quiet On Health Care Because His Plan Is A Dismal Failure
http://www.sltrib.com:80/opinion/ci_8111338

Willard was in the business of buying up companies, laying off employees and walking away after they started making a profit. If you want him to manage your business that's just peachy but, he can't run the country on that resume!

Willard permanently banned a list of firearms which he mindnumbingly offers are not inanimate objects...this clown is not just an appeaser, he’s a stone idiot or thinks we are.

Romney Signs Off On Permanent Assault Weapons Ban 7/8/04“Deadly assault weapons have no place in Massachusetts,” Romney said, at a bill signing ceremony on July 1 with legislators, sportsmen’s groups and gun safety advocates. “These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense. They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people.”

Mike ‘The Huckster’ Huckabee

The Huckster has no formal education nor experience suitable to prepare him for the presidency. According to one of his own aides his method of governance was merely putting out fires with no planning or forward thinking at all. The Arkansas republican leadership have quite alot to say about the Huckster, so much so, that several of them went to Iowa to warn the voters there about this con artist.

John Bolton backhands Mike Huckabee
http://blog.foreignpolicy.com:80/node/7977

Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR): Governor Huckabee enjoyed a meteoric rise in the polls in December 2007, which prompted a more thorough review of his ethics record. According to The Associated Press: “[Huckabee’s] career has also been colored by 14 ethics complaints and a volley of questions about his integrity, ranging from his management of campaign cash to his use of a nonprofit organization to subsidize his income to his destruction of state computer files on his way out of the governor’s office.” And what was Governor Huckabee’s response to these ethics allegations? Rather than cooperating with investigators, Huckabee sued the state ethics commission twice and attempted to shut the ethics process down.

According to the source, Morris purportedly gets piece of all Huckabee campaign polling revenues, media commissions and consulting fees through money paid to Dresner’s firm. Explaining the relationship, Huckabee told one GOP pollster: “I feel like I want to take a shower after I meet with him, but Morris is a smart guy and I need him.” http://www.politics1.com/blog-1207.htm

Rudolph Giuliani

"...Immigration politics have similarly harmed New York. Former mayor Rudolph Giuliani sued all the way up to the Supreme Court to defend the city’s sanctuary policy against a 1996 federal law decreeing that cities could not prohibit their employees from cooperating with the INS. Oh yeah? said Giuliani; just watch me. The INS, he claimed, with what turned out to be grotesque irony, only aims to “terrorize people.” Though he lost in court, he remained defiant to the end. On September 5, 2001, his handpicked charter-revision committee ruled that New York could still require that its employees keep immigration information confidential to preserve trust between immigrants and government. Six days later, several visa-overstayers participated in the most devastating attack on the city and the country in history..."http://www.city-journal.org/html/14_1_the_illegal_alien.html

Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R-NY): Giuliani came under fire in late 2007 after it was discovered the former New York mayor’s office “billed obscure city agencies for tens of thousands of dollars in security expenses amassed during the time when he was beginning an extramarital relationship with future wife Judith Nathan in the Hamptons…” ABC News also reported that Giuliani provided Nathan with a police vehicle and a city driver at taxpayer expense. All of this news came on the heels of the federal indictment on corruption charges of Giuliani’s former Police Chief and business partner Bernard Kerik, who pleaded guilty in 2006 to accepting a $165,000 bribe in the form of renovations to his Bronx apartment from a construction company attempting to land city contracts.

"Rudy led the charge in the spurious lawsuits designed to bankrupt the gun industry. Following New York, New Orleans, Chicago, Los Angeles and a score of other cities piled on trying to get some free money or just bankrupt the gun industry. The suits were ultimately thrown out and Congress eventually protected the gun makers with the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. Nevertheless, the damage was done, and I notice that most quality handguns have about doubled in price since 2000, in part due to the legal fees incurred by the gun makers.

In an e-mail to David Hardy, Don Kates analyzed Giuliani’s attitude toward guns in this way:

Throughout his political career Bill Clinton’s “position on the Second Amendment” was a bald-faced lie. Every time the subject arose he falsely proclaimed his “belief in the Second Amendment.” Insofar as there was any truth in this scam, what Clinton meant was that he believed that the Second Amendment does not mean anything.

Rudy Giuliani employs the exact same scam in the exact same way by proclaiming that he believes in the Second Amendment. By carefully reviewing his assertions in the context of his record it is possible to ferret out his real beliefs and intended program. He believes that people living in low crime areas may be allowed (as a privilege, not a right) to have guns for sport. But no one other than public employees and the politically powerful has a right to possess firearms for self-defense. Worse yet, he believes the key to reducing crime consists of disarming everyone who believes in a right to possess arms for self-defense and who lives in an area where the incidence of crime is such that they have some likelihood of using arms for self-defense…"

"…If I were Sarah Brady faced with a contest between Hillary and Rudy I would vote for Rudy. Each wants to ban and confiscate guns. But it is far less likely that a Democrat could get away with trying to outlaw gun ownership than that Rudy could do so…"
http://armsandthelaw.com/archives/2007/03/don_kates_take.php

“I used gun control as mayor,” he said at a news conference Saturday during a swing through California. But “I understand the Second Amendment. I understand the right to bear arms.” He said what he did as mayor would have no effect on hunting.

Very interesting that you have compiled all these negative articles. I expect it is a public service, however, I still find it a little strange.

Do you suppose there is anyone this year we “can” support.??. What about you.??. is there an front runner, an important contender, you would support even if someone could come up with a similar number of negatives about them.??.

I mean I support Duncan Hunter, but his chances are slim and none.

Candidates won’t tell the truth, people have to dig it out for ourselves. Spend awhile going through the Congressional records, they make it exceedingly difficult to find out exactly how people vote on specific items. Same at the state level. So much for transparency in government.

It’s my opinion you find this “strange” because you can’t find this information unless you dig it up yourself. It is a large prayer of mine that people will benefit from my work to actually become informed voters...but, I’m an optimist.

Do you suppose there is anyone this year we “can” support.??.

Who is left?

What about you.??.

This list isn’t for me, I’ve already done my homework and there’s no question left in my mind...for some 10 months now I’ve known.

is there an front runner, an important contender, you would support even if someone could come up with a similar number of negatives about them.??

A genuine list of factual negatives could not be made of my candidate. I have checked each of his admitted failures in depth and I’m very satisfied with the circumstances of each to appreciate what he did and why under an objective eye. The ones the MSM uses against him are mere aspersions where the list above are, to the best of my knowledge, rooted in fact and none of it is spin. Further, if you see any that you have a question about I would be glad to explain it to you.

I mean I support Duncan Hunter, but his chances are slim and none.

It is a sad day in America when one of the only two true conservatives in the race doesn’t stand a chance at winning the nomination...he would make an excellent V.P.

How come there was no information about Ron Paul or Fred Thompson?

In my opinion, Ron Paul makes himself totally unelectable through two issues. The first is legalizing drugs and the second is allowing the dictators and other despots of the world to create mayhem at their will by announcing we will not intercede.
I honestly believe if either or both were allowed to take place we would lose everything we take for granted and hold dear within a very short amount of time. If Paul shows a marked increase in support in New Hampshire, I will add his name to the above list...but, I shouldn’t have to as people have openly laughed at him while he spoke about these issues during debates on national TV.

Fred Thompson is my candidate and whatever has been said about him I have personally dug to the very bottom in finding out all there is to know and I don’t believe he should be held responsible beyond what he already holds himself accountable for....where they don’t even compare in number or severity to the list of credible accusations in fact of the candidates above.

Captain Ed on Ron Paul in the last debate:

I had to wonder a little bit about Paul’s supposed devotion to the Constitution. He said that we can’t afford to spend a trillion dollars on health care because we’re in a trillion-dollar war. Wouldn’t an originalist also mention that the federal government doesn’t have a Constitutional mandate to spend the trillion dollars on health care—and at least acknowledge that it does have that mandate for national security, even if Paul thinks the policy is misguided?

He’s building a list of these quickly. One other off the top of my head was submitting for pork projects to vote against them yet he accepts them if they pass…

The simple fact of the matter is, you don’t have any negative record on Ron Paul because there isn’t a negative record on him.  All you have is your ‘opinion’ of him.  You claim his unelectable when the fact is he’s very electable but currently unknown.  Legalizing drugs is something I’ve never heard was a priority of his, in the hours of researching video interviews and reading articles on him which I’ve personally done.  And here’s as close as I can get to prove that he’s pro-security for America against foreign threats and aggressors:  “If the people want to go to war, have the congress declare war, go win the war, then get out.” Let’s see if you permit this comment to remain on your otherwise useful BLOG.  Peace!  Strength!  Freedom!  Go Ron Paul!

I’ll try to type slow so you can keep up Nicky. Paul’s entire record is negative, why else do you think his nickname is Dr. No??

We put elected officials in office to PRODUCE results for the benefit of we, the people...not to refuse to work at introducing legislation and gathering support for same. If he doesn’t want to do that he should return to private life and stick his head back under the stirrups.

His pathetic joke of allowing evil to do what they wish in the world has made Paul infamous where EVERYONE knows who this clown is. The openly laugh and jeer at him in national debates and if you had a ounce of understanding what he proposes you would be also...Unless of course all your interested in is his other mindnumbing offer to legalize drugs...forget it kid, it ain’t gonna’ happen.

The only AMERICAN candidate is Alan Keyes. He wants to restore God, the Declaration and Constitution - restore American Sovereignty (out of WTO, NAFTA, CAFTA, etc. etc. etc.)

And if you think ‘he is not electable’ you are buying into the fear from BOTH parties- already communistic (when they dictate the choices, they are dictating the choice’ Alan Keyes). Neither of the parties will return any rights or sovereignty already stolen from the people - even if you are a good comrade and vote like they say!!!

When I signed the Pledge for America’s Revival it was in furtherance of the oath I swore to as a Marine!!!

You extol Fred Thompson (does he even WANT to win?), but he co-sponsored the legislation.  Do you think that was bad legislation or not?

I post all this information and you can’t find out ONE issue on your own?? It’s all out there Bubbha.

McCain-Feingold was authored to stop Clinton and Dick Morris from continuing to pour soft money donations far above the established limits for Clinton’s re-election...FAR above the limits.
Fred, as part of his campaign promise to his constituents AND to the American people in fighting corrupt politicians knew something had to be done.

McCain, as the senior senator allowed an attachment provided by the liberal senators to stop our organizations from informing us about candidates up to 90 days prior to an election. Fred had no choice but to vote for it at the time or soft money bribery would have gone unchecked. Fred has said time after time he believes that attachment was wrong verses McCain who says today that it’s “just fine with him because the bill works”. Which we know is BS.

Now, that’s the Readers Digest version but, at least now you’re informed of what actually happened and why.

And seriously, Fred could hardly try less…

Listen up lazy! Well before any of the others even thought about putting out detailed plans to our real situations and even before Fred announced his run he was blogging his ideals, principles, Flat tax, illegal immigration policy, Social Security solution and other real solutions.

Just because you listened to the MSM isn’t Fred’s fault as all this was right here on the net. You’ve should have been doing your own homework.

So, we’ve just finished an experiment in demonstrating Fred was never “lazy”, it was people like you who didn’t take their responsibility seriously enough to find out what the hell is really going on.

Anymore questions!?!?

I love how leftards are only able to understand things that are spoonfed to them. Totally incapable of reading or thinking without the TV pureeing it down to a 3 and 5 second slurry they can slurp up like cocaine.

You say that you want your page here to be fair and for everyone to see so they can make their decision.  You later say in a post that you have dug up stuff on Fred Thompson, but the numbers do not compare to the others on your list.  Even though you feel that way, shouldn’t it have been posted, since this site is to help people make a decision.  How is it helpful if Ron Paul and Fred Thompson are not included.  Lastly, your opinion shows with this page and is a true biased.  Just because Fred Thompson may not have as many issues, it does not mean his issues that he faced or created are not larger then other candidates successes and failures.  Please update site if you feel you truly want to “help” Americans make their own decision.

No, it’s not; it’s about expressing opinions.

"In my opinion, Ron Paul makes himself totally unelectable through two issues. The first is legalizing drugs and the second is allowing the dictators and other despots of the world to create mayhem at their will by announcing we will not intercede.”

You are misinformed and showing your ignorance here. Paul believes in a non-interventionist approach. He believes the US should not be meddling in the internal affairs of other nations with our military or CIA. That doesn’t mean he would never intercede. A non-interventionist approach and an isolationist approach (what you are claiming) are very different. Paul wants to talk and trade with ALL nations. However, he would only intervene militarily, if Congress declared war. Paul believes we should follow our Constitution. Remember, like it was done for WWII? Do some basic research before you post incomplete and misleading info next time.

“I honestly believe if either or both were allowed to take place we would lose everything we take for granted and hold dear within a very short amount of time.”

I hate to burst your bubble, but drugs are already legal. Didn’t you know alcohol and nicotine were drugs? There’s a reason prohibition was repealed - it was ineffective and didn’t work. Also, Paul as President would only have power over federal drug laws. Paul would end all federal drug laws and the “war on drugs”. Paul would also pardon all federal non-violent drug offenders. All violent offenders would still be kept behind bars. States would still have drug laws via the 10th Amendment of the Constitution. There’s that word again.

“If Paul shows a marked increase in support in New Hampshire, I will add his name to the above list...but, I shouldn’t have to as people have openly laughed at him while he spoke about these issues during debates on national TV.”

Paul has always treated the other candidates with respect, even if he disagreed with their views. He does not attack them, he attackes their ideas. The same cannot be said for the other Republican candidates, who like to laugh and snicker when someone does not agree with them. Instead of attacking the idea, they attack the messenger. You can be sure their lack of civility and childish behavior has turned off some would-be voters for them, myself included.

You say that you want your page here to be fair and for everyone to see so they can make their decision.

What do you mean by “fair”? If you mean the information is not spin then yes, in that respect this is “fair”. It would be much more accurate to say it’s based on reality...the real records and actions of those listed to compare with what they’re saying today.

You later say in a post that you have dug up stuff on Fred Thompson, but the numbers do not compare to the others on your list.

That’s not what I said and what you just said is spin. What I said was I have dug to the bottom of every smear tactic of every spin attempted on Fred and I know what the truth is on ALL of it.

The numbers do not compare because the MSM is good but, they’re not that good to come up with lists like you see above. After they were allowed to pour over Fred’s records we heard they could find nothing and I mean nothing so, they made up wild interpretations and insinuations pretty much like conspiracy theorists and their little webs of connections they must reach with any nonsense to make their “case”.

Even though you feel that way, shouldn’t it have been posted, since this site is to help people make a decision.

I’m a highly trained and experienced law enforcement investigator and despite what you may have heard I haven’t “felt” anything in a very long time except anger where I often merely respond to injustice out of pure reflex in cutting off the snakes head.

This webpage is to reveal right from wrong and yes, the byproduct of doing this is often to help others.
If I thought for one second that Fred is not driven by pure motivation of helping us rather than stroking his ego and/or delusions of destiny like the others I would not have done this nor would I be particiapting in a race I would view as different day same corrupt shit.

How is it helpful if Ron Paul and Fred Thompson are not included.

Everyone knows Ron Paul’s adherence to the Constitution which we are all grateful but, then he leaves the ranch of reason to legalize drugs and offers the evil in the world may do as they wish because America will not protect the innocent from genocide and we will not interfere with their intercontinental ballistic nuclear missile programs to aim and fire at us...the man has lost any marbles he may have once had. He also has refused to work towards compromise in the House and contents himself with simply voting no on any and all legislation that comes across his desk...That’s not progress and that’s not what we put him in office to do.

I’ve already explained why Fred isn’t up there so, there you are.

Lastly, your opinion shows with this page and is a true biased.

None of the above list is based on bias, it is formed by others evidence of wrongdoing or the comparison of their actions today verses their past as revealing wrongdoing of many different kinds. This is factual information.

Just because Fred Thompson may not have as many issues, it does not mean his issues that he faced or created are not larger then other candidates successes and failures.

Now, you’re diggin’ for something that doesn’t exist. If you find some spin out there and really want to know what it’s about come back here and ask me where I will provide you the detailed facts and sometimes who started the canard in the first place. If you come back spinning what you found, wear an asbestos suit as I’ll flame back harder than you stormed in.

Please update site if you feel you truly want to “help” Americans make their own decision.

Asked and answered.

Remember, like it was done for WWII?

Some of us, apparently, do not! Do you remember the Lend-Lease Act? FDR sold aircraft and war material to Great Britain against the wishes of many in Congress (many Democrats!), nine months before Pearl Harbor and before Congress declared war on Germany.
Was that “interfering” in foreign affairs? Sending American warplanes to fight in a war we’ve not declared?

Lend Lease was a critical factor that brought the US into the war, especially on the European front. Hitler cited the Lend-Lease program and its significance in aiding the Allied war effort when he declared war on the US on 11 December 1941.

So, this act of an American President was considered an act of war by Adolph Hitler? Would Ron Paul have sat on his hands and waited for Congress to declare war before we would send material help to our allies?
I found this interesting tidbit at wikipedia:

Everett Dirksen, at the time a Republican U.S. Representative, was able to secure the passage of an amendment to the Lend-Lease bill by introducing the resolution while 65 of the House’s Democrats were at a luncheon

Just like today, things get done over the objections of Democrats who are out to lunch! smile

BTW, for all you FDR bashers: Lend Lease was the greatest thing the man did and may be the main reason that we’re not writing these posts auf Deutsch!

Perhaps me could do some research and post a list of Luap Nor’s many accomplishments as a 28 year career member of “Big Government”? A little"basic research” should turn up a plethora of examples. Right?

This Paulite has inadvertently helped us to stumble across a great truth! FDR was a leader who took this nation in the direction it needed to go, whether Congress was ready to take us there or not (and it is clear that they were NOT!), and that was to conquer the worldwide threat of Nazism.
REP (Ron Ernest Paul) is NOT a leader! He would wait for 535 individuals (or at least 66 Senators and 218 representatives) to tell him what to do!
Paul can stand there and wave his copy of the Constitution all he wants, but it has the same effect as Neville Chamberlain waving his bogus “peace treaty” telling us there would be peace for our time!
Without leadership and the resolve to enforce it, lip service to the Constitution is merely that: lip service.
The sad fact is, when it comes to keeping this nation safe, Hillary has more balls than Ron Paul!

Where to begin?

Don’t kid yourself, the only reason we are in Iraq and the Middle East in general, is because there is oil over there. Oil that we have become dependent upon. If the US were truly interested in protecting the helpless, we would be in areas like Darfur with our military, etc. Why aren’t we - they don’t have anything we need.

Perhaps you’re also not aware that most Iraqis do not want us there any longer. Most also believe that the US being there is causing most of the sectarian violence. Multiple polls and studies confirm this, including ones commissioned by our own State Dept and Army. Continuing the occupation against the will of the Iraqi people is not democratic and only causes more US resentment in Iraq and the Islamic world. Staying when we are not wanted also violates the fundamental democratic principle of self-determination. The Iraqi people realize that they have to figure it out for themselves now. Why are we not honoring the will of the Iraqi people?

Regarding the ICBMs, did we have to interfere with the USSR’s during the Cold War. No, because we had enough of our own. They knew if they tried anything, they would go down with us. Likewise, if we secured our borders, we would not have to worry about Islamic radicals. Terrorism is a tactic. Instead, our President decided to attack a country that had no WMDS and no al-Qae
