  How do I convert my User Word List (UWL file) to a WordPerfect® document?

The steps below describe how to use the Spell Utility to convert the User Word List to a WordPerfect® document for archival or printing purposes.

  Answer
 
  1. Start on the Windows taskbar and click Programs|WordPerfect Office|Utilities|Spell Utility.
  2. To open the Spell Utility using Windows XP, click Start| All programs| WordPerfect Office|Utilities|Spell Utility.
  3. Select the Convert tab and select the drop down menu under conversion type and select WordPerfect(10,11 or 12) user word list to a WordPerfect document.
  4. Under the option for source file select the browse button,  and from the look in select the My Documents folder.
  5. Open the Corel User Files folder select the WT(10, 11, 12)xx).UWL and select open.
  6. Under the destination file name select the browse button and select the destination to save the file, type in a file name and select open.
  7. Select the Convert button and the user word list will be converted to a WordPerfect document.
