Actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers flies off the handle at Dublin airport

"The Tudors'" Henry VIII found himself clapped in irons Sunday when Jonathan Rhys Meyers was arrested at a Dublin airport.

The actor, who was most recently in alcohol rehab in April, was charged with drunkenness after he harangued an airline employee who wouldn't let him board his plane. Eyewitnesses said he screamed at the woman, who "seemed to be very upset by the whole ordeal."

"I said the wrong thing to the wrong woman at the wrong time," he admitted to the U.K.'s Sun.

Rhys Meyers was traveling to London to promote his schmaltzy new film, "August Rush."
