The Rules!

1. You may claim one and only one attraction, ride, show (parades and fireworks count as shows), restaurant, store, or other stand-alone installation such as a statue or garden, in any one and only one Park. Once something is claimed, it is considered "taken" and may not be claimed by anyone else.

2. Any Disney Park, Hotel or Cruise Ship is open for claims, as well as Downtown Disney, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach, Fantasia Gardens, Winter Summerland, and any other property I might have forgotten.

3. Lands (like Tomorrowland or Future World) are not eligible to be claimed. For the purposes of this crew, individual countries at Epcot, each Hotel, and each Cruise Ship will be considered a "land".

4. Places that can be found at more than one park, like the Haunted Mansion or the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, may be claimed once per park.

5. Parts of an attraction, show, restaurant, or other installation may not be claimed. For example, you may claim the Haunted Mansion but not Fred's tombstone or the Stretch Room, or you could claim Spectromagic but not the Chernabog float.

6. Anyone can make a claim. You do not need to be a member of =disney-parkhoppers to make a claim.

7. Recommended but not required:

, but it doesn't list the official "I'm Goin'..." commerical, because it would have aired during the award ceremony, not during the game, and AOL only has the during the game spots. It does list the commerical with all the guys practicing their best "I'm goin'..." though, so that's always another option!

i'm sad to hear about pirates...though i love the films, I don't love that they change the rides. I miss Mr. Toad and I am heartbroken over the loss of Journey Into Imagination. Now, I will be adding Pirates (one of my all time favorite rides) to the list of losses.

this is not progress!

I read on Magically Speaking, a newsletter from [link] that Pirates

will be renovated in two phases. The only reason I could think as to why would be so a major ride wouldn't be down during the Easter/Spring break season, since Riverboat is already down, as well as Tom Sawyer's Island going to be since the canal will be emptied to have it dredged. Pirates

will be refurbished March 1 through April 1, opened and then closed again May 1 through July 6 in time for the release of POTC II

! Still, it is difficult to imagine how each phase will affect the final outcome of the

ride.

I, too, am unhappy Journey into Imagination was changed so drastically. I miss Horizons, albeit Mission Space is awesome

! Wish some old rides could have been kept while still making room for new ones. My son just loved

Mr Toad whereas I could have taken it or left it. Each to his own, I guess, after all I would go on Mansion

42-times each trip to WDW if I could
