This individual is responsible to troubleshoot and manage customer issues by developing an in depth knowledge of the TomoTherapy product line. This person will be focusing TomoTherapy resources to quickly resolve problems and escalating any unresolved issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required qualifications for this position include:
*Equivalent experience or Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics and at least 5 years of experience in the Medical device support industry. An advanced technical degree is a plus.
*Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with electronic test equipment including: DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.

*Experience in basic administration of Windows-based computer software and hardware would be an advantage.
