The Ocean Shores peninsula, in Washington State, is surrounded on three sides by water and features six miles of uninterrupted wide-open sandy beaches. Ocean Shores is approximately six miles long and only two miles across at its widest point. There are 23 miles of interconnecting, spring fed, fresh water lakes and canals. It is a boaters paradise, whether water-skiing on Duck Lake, sailing, canoeing, Kayaking or windsurfing. The peninsula features 70 miles of waterfront property, along the bay to the east and south, the ocean to the west, and along the shores of the lakes and the canals that meander through Ocean Shores.
