Oops, outage for few hours
All my bad, I switched from the "production" database to the "test" database... which resulted in new users not taken into account and double posting (no case reported so far, but that could have happened). Sorry for the inconvenience!
Well, just so you don't feel ignored, your little switch caused a few re-posts for me. It appeared that the schedule was ignored, I guess that's the symptoms you're describing?

No unfortunately, I think you're describing the issue we just had with DST. You are in the list of few people getting duplicated content because you were scheduled in the "non existent hour"...
