I really love this show I picked it up a few weeks ago and haven't stopped watching.
In this show 4 delinquents go around Phili and impose their will on anything/anyone they wish. A typical episode involves some form or teams where half the gang is typically fighting or competing against the other half. Frank, played by Devito, is kinda a wild card in that he tries to be a guiding influence but often ends up getting involved in the gangs schemes or just doing something rediculous himself.
I like how you can watch any episode and already form a really good conception of each character and their interplay. Chalie is by far my favorite and I think he will go on to a variety of different roles.
Overall this is a great show you don't have to watch in order and actually is a suprisingly impressive combination of writing and acting which isn't very common on sitcoms nowadays.
