Milton FLIGHT Program
How do you prepare for high school final exams?
PURPOSE:
FLIGHT is Milton’s peer mentor program for freshmen, CBI students and new students. We have 150 caring, diverse and enthusiastic upper classmen mentors.
The Freshmen FLIGHT program has three goals:

Acclimate--help freshmen get acclimated to high school life and Milton.

Relationships—create relationships so freshmen have an older classmate to go to with questions or advice.

Leadership—share timeless principles utilizing the Growing Leaders Habitudes program.
MENTOR TRAINING & PREP--21 hours

Summer: 9 hours

Friday mentor meetings: 12.0 hours
FRESHMEN CONNECTIONS--23 hours

Orientation: 3 1/2 hours

First week (meets daily): 2 1/2 hours

First semester only 30 min/2x wk 15 hours
